in the Green background and white letters of all of the "My Man..." bumperstickers and signs.

3. Refers to Gov "My Man Mitch" Daniels.
Our Bushbot Trojan horse (The Indiana fundie-Gop and gullible democrats let the horse inside).

4. A play on the election signs for Ind Repub Gov Mitch Daniels
(and former bushjr admin appointee.) That theme was "My Man Mitch" (per a bushjr quote). This used the same graphic set-up (background with white lettering) to rebuke Mitch - ala "Not My Man".

And yes, as a poster guessed - its an Indiana thing (per we were stuck seeing all the signs during the election.)

6. Mitch is not as popular
as you might think. Hubby and I were out for a couple of drinks at a pub close to home. Everybody knows everyone here. A big guy, with a shaved head walked in and sat down with a table full of women he seemed to know. The women started booing his 'My man Mitch yellow T-Shirt. Seems they were teachers who didn't like the deep cuts in education. This area is totally Repig it seems, but perhaps the luster for Daniels is fading. The guy rebutted with: "It was a free T-Shirt, whadda ya want me to do, refuse to take a free T-shirt"? Someone found him a shirt to wear and he took off the offending garment.

7. bwahahahaha... one thing to get a ribbing - another
to have to defend a teeshirt... but another one altogether when it results in folks finding him another shirt to wear. bwahahaha.

Did you see/hear that mitchyboy released a report card that he created and "graded" on his performance so far - and he scored very well - imagine that.

8. I saw that crap
And the fact that the Department of Correction scored the most savings. In their listing of our department's savings...NOWHERE did they mention the massive human cost as jobs have been axed willy-nilly here all to be the biggest cost-saver in the government. I am personally willing to go to hell to ensure that all these sons-of-bitches get there on time.

9. I'll pass that along...
to the original designer and printer of all those bumper stickers; he's a retired union member and a member of my Dem club, the United Wayne Township Democrat Club. He sold out of his first printing of them, and has sold many more from the second run - many of them post-election! If I had a junk car I didn't care about, I would have put one on my car; instead, it's posted in my office right next to my "Worst.President.Ever." sticker of GWB!
