A heated debate between Moses and Borror over the bill for the toll road causes Hoosiers some concerns. Watch Part 2 HERE:

Borror needs to read the contract and make sure Indiana has recourse should the toll road leasee not hold up to their agreement. Thank you Rep. Moses............glad to see there are some politicians left in Indiana that represent their constituants and not Governor Daniels.

http://mediaserver.ind.net/vod/ihr/02_01_06d.wmvhttp://www.fortwayne.com/mld/journalgazette/news/local/13795445.htmFort Wayne Democratic Rep. Win Moses drilled Borror with questions during an extensive debate on the “Major Moves” legislation.
It started out jovially enough but by the end both men had raised their voices at each other, and Borror left the podium in frustration.
“It’s safe to say that is a moment in my legislative career I will not soon forget,” Borror said the next day. “There is a tipping point in debate on the House floor, and Win jumped over that line with both feet.”
Moses disagrees, saying an author of a bill should be prepared to answer tough questions.
“If you present a bill you don’t understand fully that’s a fatal mistake,” he said.
