Indiana has spent millions of dollars on a new statewide voter registration system. It's supposed to ensure your right to vote. An I-Team 8 investigation uncovers the same old problems with the brand new system.

The May primary is quickly approaching. It will test not only the candidates’ appeal to voters but the state’s new voter registration system. I-Team 8 investigates "Will Your Vote Count?"

The federal government set a deadline for states to clean up their voter roles: January 1, 2006. But will the state's new voter registration database prevent the problems we've seen in the past? "What I think we could see come May is a realization that we haven't fixed the problems that we have," said Joel Miller (D), Marion County Voter Registration Board.
