Will there be any vigils in Indianapolis to mark the 3000th death
of a US soldier in Iraq? My daughter just moved to Indy and wants to participate.

googled the American Friends Service Committee to see if they had anything going on - they do in Fort Wayne, Highland, and Terre Haute. Note sure where they are in comparison to Indy (well, I know where Fort Wayne is!).

2. One was held at Monument Circle this past Sunday at 6:30 pm
The names of the fallen were read and a bell was rung for each name read.

If you PM me I can point you to a listserve used by a local peace and justice group.
