I don't know much - but could try to answer specific questions. It is sorta like a 'public access' station - except that it is completely supported by community donated dollars. At least a few years ago was very much supported by the 'peace' community. It doesn't have much reach (signal wise) beyond Monroe County - but it is (or was - in case it has changed in the last 2or 3 years) pretty cool.

has it changed in the last year or two, if so - how and what sort of reaction did that engender from the membership? What has been happening with management?

Also what is the station's history? There isn't anything about how it was founded, or by whom, on the website.
