Student Registration Apps at Ball State LOST???

Just heard from my granddaughter at Ball State. Apparently, the post office "LOST" over 200 student voting registration applications. She made application weeks ago (home residence, Marietta, GA) and now has no information on where she should vote.

They have been told to report to a centralized location on Election Day, but cannot vote today. There have been near riots at the University (heard from my daughter visiting there today.) Some professors are considering canceling classes tomorrow because of the large number of students unable to early vote.

I called the Obama Indiana office several times. It took me over an hour to get through to a live person. I reported the incident, but was told my granddaughter would have to call them herself to get their attorneys involved. I left a message on her cell phone as she was in classes.

Something is askew here. Anyone else have info on this?

We live in Indy now but we're both BSU alum.
