Capital Improvements Board Deficit (CIB)

Despite a projected $43M operating deficit. The
CIB has awarded $55,000 in salary increases for staff
this year. Ranging from 9.3% to 35.6% annual individual
increases. The locals can't take a back-seat to
any of the activities of the "banksters" when it
comes to arrogance. Suggest a name change to AIG/CIB.
