by his behavior. But I am surprised that he was indicted... in Hamilton county no less. This guy must have really pissed off the wrong people in the party. The fact that he won't even take a leave of absence until this plays out (though requested to do so by every state-wide elected Republican) speaks to the mindset of right wingers these days.
Of course all of his shenanigans were known before the election and he was still overwhelmingly voted in to office by the sheep of this state. Indicted does not mean convicted.
