What is wrong with the Iowa DOT?

I depend on the road conditions map. They've updated the roads that I need to travel on once today. 7 AM and 5 PM. I believe that the roads can change a lot in 10 freaking hours.

I'm really disgusted with them. Last year they updated about every 15 minutes.

Bahh! I hate winter!!

2. I don't know.

This is the first time I've use it this year. It is now 5:00 AM and they haven't been updated since yesterday at 5 PM.
