1. Our TV went out Saturday so I read all the week's papers. AND

I can state with about 50% certainty that Kansas won. I cannot tell you who they played or what the score was however.
But somebody is playing tonight.

2. LSU and Ohio State

LSU won

I think it's funny that turnout was so high after the naysayers said all the men would stay home and watch the game. Looks to me like none of the IA-DUers stayed home.

3. I got home well before halftime.

Course I watched more CNN results than Orange Bowl, but it was cool seeing Kansas win.

As for LSU, I'm not all that happy about it. My roommate's girlfriend goes to LSU, and she's a bitch of epic proportions (hardcore Republican, does not comprehend that people can have different opinions than her on anything in life, needs to go to a dictionary and look up 'humility'), so I rooted for Ohio State.

5. LSU and Ohio State?!

What are you, some kind of a (gasp!) woman? The LSU vs. OSU game was the "BCS Championship Game". The Orange Bowl was Kansas vs. Virginia Tech and Kansas won. Now I think I'll go hide out somewhere before Debi tries to throw stuff at me.

My comment regarding the LSU-OSU was in response to rurallibs statement on who was on TV last night. Yeah, yeah the 'National Championship' I won't even go into detail about THAT (people think the Iowa Caucus system is convoluted x()

I had no clue who played in the Orange Bowl because I was a good Iowa Caucusgoer :P Which is why I asked the question.
