Memo to Iowa Rep. Steve King re: Bush Impeachment |
|
Good read... And ironically, as the Iowa representative, you voted NO for urgent funding needed by the farmers and ranchers devastated by the recent Midwest flooding. The bill you DID NOT SUPPORT would have provided farmers and ranchers $3.5 billion to help ameliorate agricultural disasters. You voted NO for emergency funding for forest firefighting, low-income home energy assistance and pandemic flu preparations.
These are recent American national disasters that have contributed to the crippling of our economy. http://www.eyesonwashington.com/2008/07/memo-to-iowa-rep-steve-king-re-bush.html

1. I had a real pithy comment |

But I have no account with google nor do I intend to. Oh well. But King is not "The Iowa Representative". He is one Iowa Representative and that should be made clear.

Hell, he represents my district in Congress and I don't even consider him my representative. I'd talk to Loebsack instead.

Hits the nail on the head, though it didn't even get into the stupid shit he's said.
