Iowa Governors

With the news about Illinois Governor Blagojevich getting arrested on corruption charges, I've been trying to think of a time an Iowa Governor faced a similar situation, and can't think of any off hand. Closest thing I can think of was how Branstad's kid got off after that reckless driving that took the lives of innocent people. But Governors themselves have managed to keep their noses clean. Anyone know if and when a Governor of Iowa got in trouble like Blagojevich did?

1. Yeah. I owe Branstad an apology. I really despised his support of factory farms.

But compared to what I have now, he's a saint. Someone asked me if I'm embarrassed to be an Illinoisan today. I replied "Not at all. I'm an Iowan."
