Does anyone else here attend legislative forums or listening posts?

These are usually held on Saturdays throughout the legislative session at various places around someone's district.
We have been going for about 5 years now. Over that time we have noticed a change in the crowd from mostly businessmen to more and more worker bees. At the last session the the repugs sounded like dem-lites. They acknowledged that something needed to be done in the area of jobs and health care and wages. However a couple continued to rail about taxes also.
Are you going? How are the legislators acting?

1. I always manage to miss them

I'm either busy or find out about the event after the fact.

Probably better for my blood pressure to miss them anyway.
