This was in the CRG paper today. couldn't find it online.
Really brings up the question - why do we have a Coast Guard in Iowa? That water on our borders are rivers, IIRC

We can't have those Blago worshiping so and so's over here now can we? In actuality, I think they work with the corps of engineers to help out with lock and dam security, etc. And they hassle people when they are fishing. I talk from experience on this matter. The craft was clearly marked U.S. Coast Guard.
