Montgomery County is going to get a new jail
Shall Montgomery County enter into a loan agreement and issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $5,675,000 for the purpose of constructing, finishing and equipping a County Law Enforcement Center?

They are smarter here now. Years ago voters approved building new jail/law enforcement center but on the same ballot the second question of funding construction failed. Only a Republican knows what the heck they are not thinking.
