Not really but I had to say something attention grabbing. Anyway, even though Stephanie Miller won an online poll about a possible replacement for dr. laura , WOC decided to air glenn beck instead. I'm calling and/or emailing to express my disgust. Hope you all will as well. I also am no longer listening to Iowa games on that station. In other words, I will listen to absolutely nothing that station has on their airwaves. Screw 'em.

Other than Hawk games, I haven't listened to them for years. Guess now I find some other station to listen to the Hawkeyes.

3. If you have a decent internet connection

I don't know what sort of options there are for listening to Hawkeye Games on the radio in the Quad Cities, but I do know there is plenty of stations that stream the games on line. One time I listened to a live radio stream of a game from a station in Manchester.

Also if you have Sirius they carry the games.

2. Remember when radio stations were reviewed by the FCC?

This looks like a good case of ignoring the public.
BTW - Beck cut by WWOR in NYC for bad ratings.
