The story is about a vet who was coming home and encountered some difficulties and Braley not only gave up a first class airplane seat to the vet, but also gave him a ride. Great guy. Let's see any repuke anywhere do what Bruce did.

7. Just spoke with a young lady who had an office in the same building

as Braley's in Waterloo. She was working with youth and of course she would need to speak with his staff on occasion. As such she met Bruce a few times.
She just could not say enough good about Bruce.
