O'Reilly privy to sealed medical records???

I don't watch TV so maybe someone can verify or debunk...

But did I hear correctly that Bill O'Reilly has seen the medical records that beloved Kansas AG Phill Kline had confiscated from an abortion clinic? Private medical records of Kansas citizens that were entrusted to the confidentiality of the AG? The same AG who has rec'd O'Reilly's endorsement?

WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????????????
