| Provisional Ballots in Sedg Cty |
|
The Kansas House race between neo-con incumbent Republican Willa DeCastro and Democrat Terry MacLahlan that was too close to call is over with the counting of provisionals today. MACLACHLAN is still the winner, by even a larger margin of 50 votes, which puts him more than one-half of one percent ahead. So if DeCastro wants a recount, she'll have to pay for it. Along with Raj Goyle - whose margin was too great to overcome - we now definitely have unseated two incumbent Republicans in Sedg. Cty., plus another in Sumner county (Vince Wetta beating Bill McCreary). OH HAPPY DAY!

I am happy to report that I was advised tonight by the Election Commish in Sedg. Cty. that defeated incumbent Republican Willa DeCastro did not request a recount.
