Anyone here have AT&T UVerse?

1. Is that the new cable/internet service they are selling?

I was ready to sign up and they told me I could only have one DVR. I wanted two. Other than that it looked like a decent deal. Most of my neighbors signed up for it.

And I basically have two choices here, I choose AT&T (formerly SBC) because it's more dependable and inexpensive than cable. I would probably save money by going with them for my television too, but they only have Dish in Lawrence, and my landlord won't let me have a Dish. So I was hoping that this new Uverse thing would be less of a hassle.

It's easy to boycott things where you have several other choices, like Walmart. Utilities aren't so easy...

6. They don't have Uverse in Wichita yet. I can't wait until they do.
