Beth Vanetta, a sculptor, will have on display in the Metroplex lobby "The Wages of War". This is an especially powerful anti-war set of sculptures. By the way, although the official motel is the Broadview (in downtown Wichita across the street from Century II), Demofest itself will be at the WSU Metroplex located at E. 29th Str. N. and N. Oliver. The Metroplex is a mile east and a mile north of the WSU campus. There is a N. Oliver exit off Hwy. 96 - which encircles NE Wichita - one mile south of which is the Metroplex.

although I still haven't paid my dues to the Progressive Caucus :blush:

I don't plan to go this year though. Last year I went to promote the Edwards campaign. Now there's no reason to drive all the way to Wichita.
