Topeka - I think it's the Capital Journal?
Wichita Eagle?
Kansas City Star

and a lot of other smaller papers

tends to focus on Kansas City which is in Missouri. They do put out several (not sure how many) local editions which are intended to cover news and issues in the specific local areas. The result is that it's possible to be blissfully unaware of issues and events that happen a mile away in an area not covered by your local edition.
