Looking for someone to design and build a hybrid car with

I want to design and build a hybrid car. I am thinking of using a 2 stroke diesel engine, paired with an electric generator connected to a battery. The engine will run at a constant rpm.

What I need: someone with electrical experience, someone with mechanical experience.

What I bring: I have experience with CAD software, and I was a Mechanical engineering student for 3.5 years
