Need info on Dodge City

Can anyone tell me about Dodge City? I am moving there for a job in 2 or 3 months. I need to know about the elementary schools, which ones are best? Which area is best to live in? How are prices for house rentals? Is there any daycare available for the summer months for ages 6,7, and 8 or would I be better off having someone come to my home? Perhaps a live-in nanny would be best? How much should I pay for childcare? What about activities for children? Private sports and such? Anything I should be aware of before moving? I've looked at the local paper and the chamber of commerce but there is not much there. Only two houses for rent? In the whole city? Is there another paper? Where to find out about rentals and childcare? Does anyone know of any other resources? Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
