what's going on with govt spending in Louisville
I am noticing an uptick with DOD Research and Development, Dept of Homeland Security and SBA funding in Louisville.

What's going on down here that's attracting this funding?

Mitch McConnell's jacuzzi needs protection from the evil-doers. Or maybe Ann Northup needs a new Jag to chase down those who hate freedom.
