1. Just heard the Louisville Courier Journal had editorials

the past 2 days about Bunning's mental health. He has also made remarks Mongiardo looks like one of Saddam Hussein's sons. Hopefully the Democratic Senate election fund will help Mongiardo win. KY does not need a Strom Thurmond, whose aide was doing the Senator's job.

2. If you believe the rumors around the Bluegrass,

Governor Fletcher is miserable and wants out of the Governor's mansion. McConnell wants Bunning to win and retire so Fletcher can get Bunning's vacated Senate seat and Steve Henry can move into the mansion.

It's good to know that we're frustrating Fletcher to the point that he wants to quit. Democrats in the General Assmebly are making sure everything he does fails so Kentuckians will remember how ineffective a Republican governor is so they will never make the mistake of electing one again.
