Why does KY have so many cops?

Seems like you can`t sling a dead cat without hitting one.Just go on a trip of a hundred or so miles and count the local,county,state,DOT,and plain clothes etc you will count close to a hundred.Are we Kentuckians so evil that we have to be watched constantly not to mention all the gas that is used running those cars vans and now SUV`s 24/7 365 days a year.KY has severe budget problems seems like a good place to save some money.

1. Sounds like you drive between Louisville and Lexington

In the early '90's there was an 8 or 10 car pileup on I-64. 7 were unmarked state police. TRUE!
