Some gifts for Kentucky politicians - Al Cross
Twenty-eight years ago, when Mitch McConnell was a barely re-elected county official only dreaming of being a U.S. senator, the founder of this space, Ed Ryan, began what is now a tradition of Christmas gifts for Kentucky's political figures, in return for all the facts and foibles they gave us to write about during the past year. Many are deserving, but space is limited, so, with a toast to Ed's memory, here are this year's gifts, plus a final few for people who really deserve them, not just politicians we like to tweak.

1. Mitch (the bearded bastard) had the best political commercial of all times
Where;s Dee? The commercial with the bloodhounds looking for Dee Huddelston the then Senator from KY notorious for not being at votes. Too bad the chickenhawk closeted freak fucked up ever since.
