If any Kentuckian would like to help establish a New Ky Party ..... |
|
........I propose the name, _"Century Party"_... Health Care/Environment/Constitutional Law!...All participating must have thorough knowledge, willingness to cooperate and KY state ancestry dating Prior to 1905.....That being said I would also like to mention that I just heard a qualified rumor to the effect that UK Medical Center will be undergoing a massive change with regards to establishing itself as a National Trauma Hub Center..... The installation of 5 heliports, up from the current 1 and the necessary expansion of bldg space and personel?.....The proximity to Fort Campbell could the compelling force behind this unsubstantiated rumor however the funding of grants would certainly indicate a pattern......IF money is to be allocated through Homeland Security, I simply ask that public awareness be made available.....Best Wishes from the Bluegrass

I thought that I would have to wait another week or so to see if the KY thread had moved along or not....YES, this is the context of a brief discussion that I had w/i the last few hours....thank you for replying.....I will follow up on this and will have more to say soon......btw I think that I will inquire as to the permits/licensing, etc re: The Century Party.....Life is too short to be a "Dem By Default"........They will not listen nor speak on the local level simply because the good ole boy family network is in total disarray as a result of the total domination by the GOP of the media markets.....best wishes

4. So you are a "Big BlueShortHorn"...lol |
|
.....I have lived in S.A., Austin, Arlington.....TX Dept of Highways has a welcome sign stating "don't mess with us in Tx"....Kinda says it all I think.....Gov. Fletcher recently announced his "Energy Task Force" for KY.....I'm certain that it will face the same patronage as Cheneys Task Force.....There are in excess of 20 pending applicants for power generation facilities sitting on the Governors desk....I seriously believe that we in KY are nothing more than a TX energy colony...lol

Fletcher's Secretary of Natural Resources, or whatever they call the dept that is most similar to the Interior or EPA in Kentucky, is one of our oldest friends. She was even in our wedding.
Damn she is such a cool person, why does she have to be a #@)& Republican? Our other best girlfriend and I have spent the last 25 years trying to figure that out.....she is actually very much environmentally conscious.. caver, hiker, horsewoman, love the farm, clean air, clean water, etc. Hopefully she can help keep the reins on anything too harmful.
