(LOUISVILLE, Ky.) -- It has been a bitter complaint from Louisville's business community. They believe they are being unfairly targeted by the city's plan to clean up air pollution. Now, WAVE 3 has uncovered medical evidence that could link factories in Rubbertown to health problems in many of your children.
