After spending 8 years as a chef in New Orleans,
Louisvillian Clay Wallace moved back to Louisville last year and Opened Cafe Lou Lou (Louisiana -Louisville).
Cafe Lou Lou is located 1800 Frankfort Ave., which is at the corner of Frankfort Ave.and Pope St.

Clay still has family and friends in New Orleans and is trying to do what he can to help them.

On Tuesday, September 13th. He will host an All Day Event, with 100% off all proceeds going to help the victims of the hurricane.
