New meme from the Ky GOP - Dems are "culturally alien to this area"

Watching Kentucky Tonight on KET (PBS) and the Republican commentator is spewing some new meme re: Hillary Clinton coming to Kentucky to raise funds for Democrats running for election. He's saying that Hillary is "culturally alien to this area".

I don't think this guy has seen the approval ratings of this administration and he must be focusing on the pseudo-Christians that infest this area.
