PLEASE HELP STOP THE DOG SHOOTINGS !!!

These poor animals were probably treasured family members.
The OP at the link below states that the NOLA police will begin shooting stray dogs within 72 hours, but they have been caught on video doing it already!


One more recommend for the thread at the link below, will put it on the greatest page where more people can see it and take action.

I know they may shoot some ill, sick dogs to put them out of misery. But, shooting friendly dogs who would otherwise live is horrible. :(

These former pets are about to become disease carriers of the first order. Sometimes unhappy things must be done to prevent things that are much worse.

16. I think this is one of the main reasons for the journalism blackout

videos of sharpshooters killing people's pets would not play well on the teevee screens.

This a resource issue. if we were a country that had priorities more noble than invading other countries unprovoked, maybe we would be able to spend the resources on taking care of our people AND their pets.
