I've been kinda busy lately and haven't had the time to pick who I am voting for on Nov 2nd.
Who do you all recommend?
Chris John or John Kennedy for Senate?
Or for the House in my district (Lafayette)?
Don Cravins or Willie Landry Mount?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am torn between Chris John and John Kennedy. Kennedy is more of a progressive democrat, but I imagine Chris John has a better chance to beat Vitter (with Breaux's backing). I just don't know. But, in the second race you mentioned, I REALLY like Willie Mount, have heard nothing but good things about her. She seems more liberal than even Cravins. Many people have said Cravens just goes where the wind blows him, whoever the wind may be at that time. My friends in Lake Charles totally believe in Ms Mount, and like her work there....so, it's Willie Mount for me.

Chris John currently has the support of all the LA political big wigs. But I imagine that the dems will HAVE to put their support behind whichever candidate comes out ahead on Tuesday. Chris John is a very right leaning democrat. I personally am a little paranoid of this type of politician after the whole "party switcher" thing that went down in north LA with Rodney Alexander.
It is a good point about the fact that John may have the best chance of beating out Vitter in a run off. I just don't know. Chris John is also the only candidate that supports cockfighting. Louisiana and New Mexico are currently the only two states where cockfighting is legal. I personally think it's embarrassing that such a barbaric inhumane practice would be condoned as a "cultural tradition" by a democrat.
