The education system has been treated like the "holy cow" long enough. I have always been for great education, but not smaller class rooms. The administration has ballooned to an expense we no longer can afford. A class room of 19 is not to much for a teacher to handle. having spent 2 years in a three room school with 3 grades in each room I can tell you that a class of 8 all completed high school where the average class was 21 students. that five were in the top 20,and that all finished in the top third. three had or have professional licenses, two own their own business, and two others have had their own business at one time or another. LIKE anything in life there is time for expansion, and time to reign in the costs. Good education can exist with less management and larger classrooms. It has in the past and can in the future. think about it,how much could you save if you had one less room in your house. GO GOVERNOR,MOVE QUICKLY AND EFFECTIVELY!
