anyone seen a new poll on allen |
|
I see the right is hard at work trying to counter his campaign. I believe he has a very good chance of winning as he will represent the state and not the special interest groups. All one has to do is glance at the rights forum board to see how obstructionist policy is still the norm for the day! the latest ploy was to demand an overhaul in the school system and then vote against it and water it down. this is the reason we can't move forward; the same bunch of boneheads stalling progress to keep the coins in their coffers.

Collins 57% Allen 30%
Bush had a favorable opinion among 20% of Mainers polled.
The poll was done by Critical Insights in Portland (where I used to work).

we need allen to represent the people, not to be a rubber stamp like collins became for the bush camp! and I believe both collins and snowe has lost a lot of us who crossed party lines in their last election bid- I KNOW I will never vote for either of them and I'M sure their feeler polls are showing just that! perhaps we should learn from the right and ban together, this would insure a democrat will win this seat. because without us they can't win! and they know it!

I'm gonna vote for Allen, but Collins is considered a centrist in this state, and gets plenty of national media attention.

It is numerically impossible for a republican to win if all democrats vote the party line! like tabor, collins will lose the election when her voting record is headlines the day before election!
