1. its past time to replace her

homeland security and fema have been two of the most inefficient departments in government.
big spenders with the least for your buck. sue has been there right along rubber stamping this waste.
she has proved she doesn't have our pocket book or safety as her first concern. her record
is dismal. don't forget fema and katrina. absolutely no excuses this was screw up from the git go.
in case you don't know it fema falls under homeland security. look at the money given away to other states when their was little or no money going to new orleans.
look who was on the committees,who chaired them and who proved incompetent to lead!
