once again a good idea gone astray from "not in my back yard". god knows we need to
cut our administration costs for the school system.
It seems to me that to many hands in the soup has taken the plan of course.
In the sixties business cut the working man to balance his budget,in the 80's they cut low management positions,in the 90's they cut mid- management positions.
it's time we get our budgets under control. our school systems are top heavy!
