ME GOP expects "hundreds" at its convention
I love this.

"The convention, which is expected to draw hundreds of Republicans from around the state, is being held at the Augusta Civic Center."

On the other hand, the Maine Dem convention will draw thousands. I believe they anticipate well over 4000 attendees. Haven't heard who'll be speaking yet though.

1. Republicans?
'Republic':
n. a state in which supreme power is held by the people and their elected representatives, and which has an elected or nominated president rather than a monarch.

archaic, figurative a community or group with a certain equality between its members.

As defined by Oxford American Dictionary

If only the convention would draw legitimate Republicans instead of RINOS hundreds or even thousands might not be such a bad thing.
