I'm going to start by contacting my local election board, as well as contacting my secretary of state. These are the people that make the decisions about what type of voting machines we use, so it's a good place.

4. Is it not a state-wide decision? |
|
I was under the impression that all of Maryland uses Diebold machines and was assuming this was part of some state-wide decision. If so can a local election board do anything about it?
