Censure Resolution: Any word on Sarbanes'/Mikulski's stance? |
|
DailyKos is asking people to contact their Senators to ask them to co-sponsor Feingold's resolution to censure Bush.
I haven't dont it yet, does anyone know if Sarbanes or Mikulski have said something about the censure?

a Baltimore caller to Randi's show said that he called Mikulski's office. Her response as of earlier this afternoon: "no comment".
I've emailed her and Sarbanes, asking them to support Feingold.
What's there to think about?!!! This should happen, in this order: Censure, Impeachment, then Conviction! Then JAIL!

2. I called both of them today |
|
In both cases I asked what their position was. In both cases the telephoneansweringperson said 'the Senator has issued no comment yet'.
To which I said ... 'So ... there's a chance, then, that the Senator supports criminality by the president?"
One telephoneansweringperson sorta sputtered. The other was smoother, and assured me my comments would be made known to the Good Senator Babs.

3. I'm afraid I got started on a roll... |
|
And babbled on about how they let me down with the patriot act vote and that we are watching them and they either support censure or they are accessories after the fact.
I called right around 5PM and I think they'd been hearing the message a few times by then ;)
