Doug Gansler's big enviro plan: sue PENNSYLVANIA farmers!!! |
|
hahahaha! he said it on Monday at the AG debate in Baltimore. Yeah, so apparently it's all PENNSYLVANIA'S fault the Chesapeake and Susquanna is so bad in MD!
we need someone who will go after the problem in MD, not PA. Someone who will go after the developers who don't give a crap about the land they're building on. We need someone who isn't afraid to go after the MD gov't in demanding enviromental protection.
Check out Tom Perez for Attorney general. A REAL progressive!

going after PA is not a bad idea as part of a plan that involves MD. I live on the Octoraro and a stone's throw from the Susquehanna. I've watched DNR measure the silt and chemical volume as they come into our state. These guys care and love to share their knowledge and results and the stuff flowing down stream is pretty nasty. My part of the Octoraro is only a 10th of a mile down stream from the PA line. So no it isn't only PA's fault but they haven't been doing a while lot about it because it isn't "their" problem.
