Chris Matthews offered Ben Cardin and Michael Steele the opportunity to debate live tonight on his show, but Steele turned down the opportunity.

Wonder if it is because Steele thinks Cardin might ask him about the fraud Steele just managed to not be prosecuted for concerning Mike Tyson.
