Strange call last nite re: Pepco

I got a call from this phone number last nite 727-733-8700 saying they were some energy group that was going to give me a better deal than Pepco but I would still get my bill from Pepco. I said to the woman that I'd never heard of this and would she send me info through the mail. She said OK and hung up.

Then, I googled that number and got a guy who's into scientology and is a telemarketer.

Does anyone know what this is about?

But it sounds very suspicious. Honestly I didn't think there was anything besides Pepco and BGE around in MD...

have gone up as much as BGE's have.
