BROCKTON —
There may be good times in store for Brockton — at a Good Time Emporium.
The family fun center, arcade and bar is being booted from its Somerville location this month, so its 2,500 arcade machines, go-karts and bars may be coming to Brockton, Ward 7 Councilor Christopher MacMillan said Tuesday.
“It’s going to be huge,” he said. “We haven’t had this size of a place ever in Brockton.”
City leaders caution that talks are preliminary, but admit Good Time is serious about relocating to the 300,000-square-foot vacant Campanelli Drive warehouse that once bore the Thom McCann name.

To make room for the new business, MacMillan said a city ordinance needs to be “tweaked” to lift the limit of 35 arcade games per site.
