I'm so glad she didn't come close to winning.
This is pretty major: "She faces up to 40 years in prison if convicted with more potential charges pending."

If it's a Republican who gets caught doing something sleazy, they try to justify it...if it's a Democrat, they want to hang the person up by his/her thumbs and set fire to him/her.
I don't give a rat's ass what party the sleazeball belongs to. If the person is caught doing something underhanded or illegal, get rid of him/her. Republican, Democrat, Independent, Jedi Knight...it's all the same to me. Who needs criminals in our government no matter what party they belong to...
PS...I'm a registered Independent with Democratic leanings
