STOUGHTON —
A 39-year-old Dedham man was arrested on drunken driving charges early Easter morning after he allegedly fled an accident scene outside a Stoughton restaurant.
At 12:16 a.m. Sunday, police received a call from a woman reporting her vehicle had been hit in the parking lot of the Last Shot on Washington Street. The operator of the other vehicle left the scene without stopping. The woman got the vehicle’s license plate number and gave police a good personal description of the operator.

At approximately 12:50 a.m., Stoughton Police Officer Richard Bennett was driving northbound on Route 138 when he spotted
a vehicle without taillights traveling in the opposite direction. The officer turned around and pulled over the vehicle.

Stoughton Police Officer Jonathan Gagne, who was the investigating officer at the earlier hit and run accident, arrived on the scene to assist Bennett with the arrest. Gagne recognized that Feeley matched the personal description, which included slicked black hair worn in a ponytail, of the man wanted from the earlier incident.
After leaving the accident scene, Feeley allegedly
went somewhere and changed vehicles before heading out on the road again, police said.
