Mississippi or Texas be more congenial to these religious folks?

I realize Springfield, MA isn't exactly Cambridge, or even Northampton, where folks are a lot more accepting of diversity.

But Springfield is hardly a backwater hick town, actually, it's pretty diverse and not very conservative at all.
