1. I cheered out loud in my car this morning |

I cross-posted this in the Lounge as well.
This sure has been a year of reckoning hasn't it? Kwame, Wall Street, now Millen

Hey Matt, don't let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya. Now if we could just get new ownership...wait, the Fords have a moat and alligators and black knights to protect the half century old empire of mediocrity.

3. Ford fires another scapegoat. Big deal. |
|
Ford is the problem and absolutely no decent NFL management can work for him. He's exploited and been the albatross in the Lions' huddle for over 40 years. The fans of Detroit have deserved and PAID FOR far better. Until the team is wrested from Ford's cold, dead fingers, Detroit won't have a first class team.

4. The Fords ... that is the problem. |
|
I tell my friends that the Lions could acquire the entire NFC Pro Bowl team and they would suck if they wore the Honolulu Blue and Silver.
Bobby Layne's ghost haunts this team.

5. What do I now do with my fire Millen shirt from a couple years ago? |
|
One of the greatest days in Detroit sports history, Todd Jones left town as did Millen. It was almost a reason to party.
