So they pave Belle Isle for the Grand Prix, then they drop the GP!
I this that's total bullshit. They poured concrete on the whole tip of the island--which is a real eyesore. Then they drop the Grand Prix. The island will never be the same again, thanks to those pricks!

1. I liked the Grand Prix when it was downtown
I know it was a traffic nightmare, but it was fun to watch the cars racing around the downtown streets. That was so long ago, like the 80s.
